Responsibility

  • Process and manage incoming payments from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, implementing effective collection strategies.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the company’s ERP system.
  • Assist in the preparation of aging reports and provide insights on receivables performance.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or a similar role (internships included).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
