Responsibility
- Visit customers with overdue payments to discuss and negotiate repayment plans.
- Monitor and track customer payment commitments to ensure timely collections.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers facing financial difficulties while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and update account statuses.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outstanding receivables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and cooperation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in accounts receivable management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
