Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approval of financial transactions.
- Generate reports on AR aging, payment trends, and other financial metrics.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
