Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable transactions, including expense reports and petty cash.
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs, ensuring timely disbursements to vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable activities in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payables to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to accounts payable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
