Responsibility
- Verify and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation.
- Schedule and execute timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, filings, and reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present accounts payable reports for management review.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and financial audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and management.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
