Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Manage and execute timely payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders via various payment methods.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions, including resolving discrepancies and ensuring general ledger accuracy.
- Maintain and update vendor master files, including contact details, payment terms, and tax information.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts payable reports for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline payment processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payables to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and management.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is advantageous.
