Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end process of opening new client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify and process client documentation, including identification, financial records, and business licenses.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth account setup and activation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and account opening procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the account opening process, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Track and report on account opening metrics, including turnaround times, success rates, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining new clients.
  • Ensure all client data is securely stored and handled in accordance with data protection policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account opening, client onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in the food, retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation review.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or account management software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
