Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end process of opening new client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Verify and process client documentation, including identification, financial records, and business licenses.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth account setup and activation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and account opening procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the account opening process, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Track and report on account opening metrics, including turnaround times, success rates, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining new clients.
- Ensure all client data is securely stored and handled in accordance with data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account opening, client onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in the food, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation review.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or account management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
