Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage petty cash, expense reports, and vendor invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and support budgeting processes.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support tax compliance by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
