Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims while verifying documentation for completeness.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in accounting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Experience with remote/hybrid work setups is advantageous.
