Responsibility
- Manage full sets of company accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Xero accounting software for clients.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Provide outsourced accounting services to clients, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations in Singapore and/or Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
