Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali (preferred).
