Responsibility
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and timely.
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO), ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests for approval.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and generate financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Prior experience in a multinational or Singaporean company is advantageous.
