Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal postings, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes align with company policies and regulations.
- Support tax preparation and filing, liaising with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
