Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee the General Ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting procedures and improve financial controls.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in AR, AP, and General Ledger management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
