Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support management decisions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
