Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial data.
