Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information.
