Responsibility
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate tracking of cash flows across F&B outlets.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Manage tax filings (GST/SST) and ensure statutory compliance with local authorities.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
