Responsibility
- Manage and process all accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Administer payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including depreciation calculations and asset tracking.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, payroll administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
