Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations in compliance with local and international tax laws.
- Conduct tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, deadlines, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide exceptional client support by addressing tax-related inquiries, resolving issues, and offering strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze tax implications, and prepare documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain organized and confidential client records, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist in audits, tax disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, tax preparation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, TurboTax) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Experience with international tax or expatriate tax matters is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
