Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain and update accounting records using MS Office and accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
