Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Support the accounting team in audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data and smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor and manage petty cash, expenses, and vendor payments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and records.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
