Responsibility
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure financial records match bank statements.
- Assist with GST compliance, including preparation and submission of tax-related documents.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Generate and analyze accounting reports to aid in financial decision-making.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
