Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking to support financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Assistant.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
