Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoicing, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence and cost control.
- Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or design industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of GST, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with payroll processing is advantageous.
