Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, adjustments, and financial reporting.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and office supply procurement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights on financial performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information.
