Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments and customer billing.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax documents as required by local authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide administrative support.
- Monitor and track budget expenditures, highlighting discrepancies for review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
