Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic business planning.
- Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with financial and tax obligations.
- Manage intercompany transactions and group consolidations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance (IFRS, local GAAP).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience in multi-entity or group accounting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with tax planning, audit coordination, and risk management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
