Responsibility
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and cost analysis to optimize spending.
- Track and report on fund allocation, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial operations.
- Collaborate with project managers, accounting teams, and stakeholders to align financial strategies with project objectives.
- Prepare financial forecasts, variance analyses, and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax requirements, and auditing standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project finance, financial management, or accounting, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
