Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations and other relevant financial standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and financial due diligence to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the Fintech or banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of BSP regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, financial process optimization, and ERP system implementations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in risk management, internal audits, and compliance reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
