Responsibility
- Process and validate invoices for company-owned vehicles (CVO) in compliance with GM policies.
- Resolve CVO-related tickets and inquiries in both Spanish and English, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Monitor expense reports for accuracy, flagging discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with vendors, employees, and internal teams to streamline travel and expense workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date records of CVO transactions and generate reports for management review.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in expense management and invoice processing.
- Provide training and support to employees on CVO policies and expense submission procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or management as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in expense management, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
