Responsibility

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining ledgers.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, tracking usage, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official communications.

Qualifications
