Responsibility

  • Manage full-set accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems to improve office efficiency, including document management and procurement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast expenses, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Handle office logistics, including supply orders, facility maintenance, and vendor negotiations.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and employee record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience in SMEs or startups is highly advantageous.
