Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial and administrative requests.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and other critical documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax processes is a plus.
