Responsibility

  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports using accounting software.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute financial documents and reports for management review.
  • Assist in budget tracking and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to handle numerical data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
