Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate administrative duties, such as managing office supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and administrative inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial and administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance standards is a plus.
