Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Support senior accountants in bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements for accuracy.
- Liaise with clients to gather financial data and clarify accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in payroll processing, expense tracking, and invoicing for clients.
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in local tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or work experience in accounting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
