Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve workflows.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Lead audits (internal and external) and address findings with corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with Bali’s business environment is a plus.
