Responsibility
- Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Ensure all financial reports are accurate, complete, and supported by proper documentation and audit trails.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings promptly.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Train, mentor, and manage the accounting team to foster professional growth and maintain high performance standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial reporting with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or multinational companies is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare reports in both languages.
