Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor cash flow, manage treasury functions, and optimize working capital.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and corporate policies.
- Mentor and train accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail in financial data management.
