Responsibility
- Supervise and lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with auditing and tax requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
