Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and payments for Padel Court operations.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for Padel Court facilities, providing insights to optimize cost efficiency.
- Process payroll for staff involved in Padel Court operations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Monitor and report on revenue streams, including membership fees, court rentals, and retail sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with operational goals.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with auditing standards.
- Support tax compliance and filing requirements for the Padel Court business unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality or sports facility accounting is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Canggu, Bali with a contract-based employment agreement.
