Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of costing models, budgets, and forecasts for FMCG and manufacturing operations.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis (material, labor, overhead) to identify savings opportunities and margin improvements.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain costs and inventory valuation.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Drive standard costing processes and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support pricing strategies and profitability assessments for new product launches or process changes.
- Implement cost-control initiatives and monitor KPIs to align with organizational goals.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure adherence to accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling (ERP systems like SAP/Oracle are advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and labor cost structures is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
