Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries, taxes, and other financial obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and manage working capital.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
