Responsibility
- Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and vendor accounts.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
