Join a dynamic team in Bali as a Finance and Tax Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance for our organization. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain meticulous financial records, prepare profit and loss statements, and navigate complex tax obligations, including PPH 21, PPN, and annual SPT filings via e-Filing (Coretax).

Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws by processing PPH 21 (Income Tax), PPN (VAT), and other tax obligations.
- File annual tax returns (SPT Tahunan) and other statutory reports using Coretax/e-Filing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting/forecasting activities.
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submissions to avoid penalties.
- Assist in audits by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors or tax authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement best practices for financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, preferably in Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, including PPH 21, PPN, and SPT filings.
- Proficient in using Coretax, e-Filing, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or local systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as Brevet A/B, CPA, or CA are a plus.
