Responsibility
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
- Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
