Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly transactions to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
