Responsibility

  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly transactions to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Prepare and submit timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparations.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
