Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client invoices.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Monitor internal controls and implement procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality, F&B, or retail industry is highly advantageous.
