Responsibility
- Process and manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial data integrity.
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Generate financial statements and assist in audits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
